Sabrina and Larisa value self-care so much because that is what has kept them sane. Daily self-care can take anywhere from 30 minutes to hours, depending on your schedule and lifestyle. Sabrina and Larisa are strong believers in self-care being an essential part of their mental and well being. They often fell into the world of stress and forgot to take care of themselves. That was where self-care came in, where they could balance out their mentality with sanity and happiness. Self-care can be anything from pampering yourself, doing a workout, cooking up a healthy delicious meal or dessert, taking a long walk, taking a bath to enjoying a cup of wine in the tub. It can be anything that gets you to relax and refuel your soul. Remember, it is perfectly healthy to take good care of yourself, and it is absolutely ok to request for 30 minutes to yourself because that is how you shall begin to take better care of others when you know you are taking good care of yourself.
